Key Responsibilities
- Developing and nurturing a high-performing team.
- Setting city-specific objectives and priorities, and driving results through clearly defined KPIs and incentive frameworks on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identifying new opportunities and customizing the business model to meet local market demands.
- Formulating and sharing best practices across the organization to continually improve global operational efficiency.
- Representing the organization at local public relations and networking events.
- Working closely with Product, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Client Experience teams to meet the unique needs of the local market.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in general management or operational roles.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating others.
- A proactive, hands-on approach combined with a results-oriented mindset.
- Extensive expertise in P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in strategy consulting firms such as Bain, McKinsey, or BCG.
- Background in a high-growth startup environment.
