Harmonic Operations™ is thrilled to collaborate with a dynamic and rapidly growing B2B interior design scaleup seeking an operations professional.

This organization has experienced remarkable growth since its inception just five years ago, achieving an impressive £20 million in revenue. It stands at the forefront of home décor and interior products, serving prominent clients such as Next, TK Maxx, M&S, Tesco, and Morrisons. The company is poised for expansion into European and Australian markets, with plans to onboard numerous new clients.

Position Summary:

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a swiftly scaling organization, reporting to a senior operations manager and collaborating with a team of five. You will manage key client relationships and oversee operational and supply chain processes to ensure seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with customers and international teams.
  • Input product and order information into internal and client systems.
  • Collaborate with key clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient deliveries and order fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary contact for factories to ensure proper audits are conducted.
  • Understand and implement customer packaging and labeling requirements.
  • Provide status updates to the operations team during weekly order meetings.
  • Develop relationships with external suppliers to support the complete supply chain process.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with inbound supply chain operations.
  • Oversee stock planning processes to ensure accurate supply levels and optimize cash flow.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an operations or supply chain role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • FMCG product experience.
  • Familiarity with exports and customs processes.
  • Strong skills in relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ERP systems.

Salary: £35,000
