Executive Director of Sales and Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Sales and Service at MBM Executive Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing sales and operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales from available leads, including lead allocation, training, and resource planning.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operational experiences from quotation to return of travel, including product procurement, development, and management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a sales and operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Market Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the UK & European luxury travel market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a sales leadership role, with experience in the luxury travel industry.
- Expert knowledge of the European market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
