Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a high-calibre Sales Director to join a highly dynamic, private equity-backed business.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a private equity-backed business and be able to demonstrate successful implementation of sales strategies leading to significant growth within a specified time period.

The Sales Director will be responsible for overall planning, management and execution of the sales and growth strategy, reporting directly to the board.
