Job Title: Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Michael Page Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands the company's customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the communications industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach to decision-making.
