As a key member of our administrative team, you will collaborate with IT specialists and HR professionals to enhance our local operations in London. Your leadership will be essential in overseeing administrative functions, assisting with operations in our Zurich office, and providing comprehensive support to our London team. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including office management, process optimization, event coordination, travel arrangements, financial oversight, and onboarding support for new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and refinement of administrative processes in London, in collaboration with Zurich.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for team members, working closely with Zurich.
- Oversee office management tasks, including mail handling, equipment maintenance, supply management, and facility coordination.
- Provide support to Client Facing Team members as needed, with responsibilities that may evolve based on individual skills.
- Ensure a healthy and productive workplace environment.
- Serve as a resource and connection point for all employees, regardless of their work arrangement.
- Act as a promoter of social engagement within Executive Insight, organizing and facilitating team events and celebrations.
- Plan and execute external company functions and events.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including tracking employee benefits and insurance programs.
- Organize orientation programs for new hires.
- Utilize and manage expense tracking systems effectively.
