Aon Credit Solutions Client Relationship Executive

Aon Credit Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to become a vital part of our Global Clients team. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to operate both remotely and from designated offices.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary broking team, supporting Client Directors and Managers to foster strategic relationships with Global Clients. Your responsibilities will evolve to include managing your own client portfolio as you gain experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the credit limit process, including applications and client feedback
  • Assisting clients with non-payment alerts and coordinating with insurers
  • Facilitating claims submissions and the broking process
  • Negotiating policy terms and ensuring timely delivery of documentation
  • Monitoring activity logs and providing insights
  • Offering training and guidance to clients on policy conditions
  • Analyzing policy and market data to produce reports and presentations
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the Aon global network on client programs
  • Preparing for and participating in client and insurer meetings, including follow-up actions
  • Supporting the renewal process for Global and strategic clients with data analysis and presentations
  • Identifying new business opportunities to meet individual targets
  • Ensuring compliance with business processes and procedures
