Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Reporting to: Sales Director

Purpose of the Role:

The primary objective is to enhance sales performance while cultivating strong relationships with clients, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and contributing to the enduring success of Movado Group.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively promote and represent Movado Group brands Establish and nurture profitable client relationships Analyze sales performance and recommend enhancements Identify potential growth avenues and monitor sales metrics Optimize and review sales data Pursue new business development initiatives Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance brand presence Ensure efficient management of sales administration

Required Skills and Attributes

Proven experience in sales and account management Strong communication and negotiation capabilities Ability to provide client-centered solutions Exceptional attention to detail and project management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Performance Metrics:

Achievement of sales objectives

Compliance with brand range standards

Enhancement of store performance

Adherence to scheduling and reporting protocols
