Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Reporting to: Sales Director

Purpose of the Role:

The primary objective is to enhance sales performance while cultivating strong connections with clients, thereby contributing to the sustained success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively represent and advocate for Company brands Establish and nurture profitable client relationships Assess sales performance and recommend enhancements Identify potential growth avenues and monitor sales metrics Analyze and optimize sell-out statistics Pursue new business development initiatives Collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand presence Efficiently manage sales-related administrative tasks

Required Skills/Attributes

Robust background in sales and account management Strong communication and negotiation capabilities Aptitude for delivering client-centric solutions Exceptional attention to detail and project management proficiency Competent in Microsoft Office applications

Performance Metrics:

Achievement of sales objectives

Compliance with brand range standards

Enhancement of store performance

Adherence to scheduling and reporting protocols
