Optionis is seeking to hire a field-based Client Relationship Executive to enhance our partnerships within the southern region for our renowned brand.

As a Client Relationship Executive, your responsibility will be to cultivate profitable, long-term partnerships through our network of recruitment agencies and end clients. You will consistently aim to boost revenue through our diverse service offerings, including Umbrella and Accounting solutions. Your role will involve acquiring, maintaining, and expanding the revenue of the accounts within your portfolio while collaborating with and supporting the broader sales team and business. You will foster senior-level relationships within these accounts and conduct both in-person and virtual meetings with consultants and managers to expand the base of referring consultants. Success in this role will be primarily measured by the growth of existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for executing a comprehensive strategy across all managed accounts.
  • You will drive sales initiatives within a designated list of accounts.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to service and expand your agencies/clients, engaging from consultant to senior levels.
  • You will actively pursue new business opportunities and develop leads sourced by the sales team.
  • You will demonstrate, through periodic surveys, your capability to provide market-leading support.
  • You will engage in field-based activities to sustain and grow accounts, including attending networking events outside of standard office hours when necessary.
  • The performance indicators for this role will be based on activity levels, including face-to-face meetings, video calls, and email communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably in a field-based capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure timely execution of all responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to create and implement account strategies.
  • Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills with agency partners.
  • Experience presenting to various levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • A positive, proactive attitude.
