Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Energy Aspects. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our existing client base, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and Grow Existing Client Relationships: Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize industry knowledge and relationships to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new sales opportunities and developing plans to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record of Success: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge and Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the energy and commodities markets, as well as experience working with clients in these industries.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
