Client Relationship Executive | London (Hybrid)
What does this position entail?
The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional account management and strategic guidance to our existing clientele. This role focuses on cultivating enduring partnerships by comprehensively understanding client objectives, suggesting enhancements to our offerings, and utilizing the right company resources to help clients achieve superior business results through NICE's technology solutions.
How will you contribute?
Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our established client base. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
As the business leader for your accounts, you will collaborate closely with our Technical Support team, including Technical Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, to ensure both client retention and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth for assigned accounts.
- Meet sales targets through additional sales to current clients.
- Travel may be required up to 30% for client meetings, business reviews, industry events, and sales initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
- Develop a deep understanding of your assigned accounts to become a trusted advisor for improved business outcomes.
- Consult with clients on their contact center operations, pinpointing areas for more effective use of existing NICE products in line with industry best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive products, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses to inform NICE's strategic approach.
- Stay informed about all NICE products/services, competitive offerings, and industry trends through ongoing education and company resources.
- Create and deliver tailored presentations to clients that highlight product/service usage, benefits, achievements, opportunities, and next steps.
- Engage with NICE product management to relay client feedback and foster innovation for future product development.
Do you have the qualifications?
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in account management within the contact center sector.
- Strong understanding of the contact center market is essential.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting client deadlines.
- Experience working independently and demonstrating sales proficiency with an established customer base.
