About the Role

The Business Development team plays a crucial role in driving the company forward through ongoing sales, acquiring new customers, and expanding product adoption within the existing account portfolio.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new providers, serving as a bridge between provider product teams and internal presales and technical teams. The Business Development Manager will act as a Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of the Unity apps, aiding service providers in understanding customer requirements and conducting product demonstrations. There may be occasional international travel required for conferences and customer roadshows in the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key accounts, offering exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct online product demonstrations, webinars, and other engagements to educate and attract new business
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to ensure customer resources are readily available
  • Channel feature requests and market feedback to the internal Product Development team

About You

  • Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for customer interactions and presentations
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a technical Sales/BD role, particularly in the tech or cloud sector
  • Self-motivated individual capable of operating with minimal supervision
