Construction Project Coordinator – Circle Development

Operating from our central London offices, we have cultivated a uniquely varied project delivery team that integrates contractors, quantity surveyors, project coordinators, and engineers alongside traditional client-side cost and project managers.

With ongoing residential projects ranging from 50 to 500 units, as well as various commercial office developments throughout London and the UK, we are in search of a skilled, full-time Construction Project Coordinator with a solid grasp of JCT Contracts to become part of our talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Construction Project Coordinator, you will serve as Circle Development's primary representative, collaborating with both clients and contractor teams to ensure effective project execution. You will play a crucial role in the project, acting as the main point of contact from our team, guiding the initiative through to successful completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering contracts in the capacity of Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Engaging with clients to foster, develop, and sustain relationships.
  • Overseeing projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and outcomes.
  • Preparing tender documentation and managing the tendering process, including the design of evaluation criteria.
  • Compiling contract documentation, ensuring all relevant components are included.
  • Assessing and reporting on all facets of project timelines.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to reach their full potential.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities and promoting growth across various business activities.
  • Promptly advising management of any issues that arise or may arise during projects.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • MRICS accreditation or be actively pursuing their APC within the next year.
  • Experience in administering JCT Contracts.
  • Background in residential new build projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical proficiency with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
