Job Description

Regal Construction Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our residential construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, providing detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations in the UK.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
