We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
