Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our Property & Construction (South) division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing residential projects across the region, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a construction project management role
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
