Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

CPC Project Services LLP is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our thriving Property & Construction (South) division. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering residential projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the quantity surveying aspects of residential projects
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in a residential sector, ideally new build schemes
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or another related Construction Degree
  • Chartered with the RICS or working towards
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
