Project Manager

Trevett Project Services is collaborating with a forward-thinking MOD contractor seeking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee and execute specialized construction and estate management initiatives.

This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a commitment of 37 hours per week, offering flexible and adaptive working arrangements, typically allowing for two to three days of remote work.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Become part of a growing team focused on a variety of small to medium-sized construction projects.
  • Oversee and manage all stages of both new construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, including bids, proposals, and third-party documents (configuration control).
  • Travel to various project sites as necessary.

Required Experience:

  • Proficient understanding of Planning Applications and GPDO processes.
  • Familiarity with Building Regulations, JSP standards, and risk management methodologies.
  • Experience with CDM Regulations and having served in a client or similar capacity on construction-related projects.
  • Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
  • Experience in the Defence sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
