About the Role:

Ardmore Construction is seeking a skilled Temporary Works Manager to join our team on a £135m, Grade II listed project in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of Temporary Works, including scaffolding, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  2. Coordinate and manage site engineers to maintain Temporary Works registers throughout the project.
  3. Liaise with Package Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Foremen, and Temporary Works Coordinators to identify and plan Temporary Works in advance.
  4. Drive improvement in the planning and undertaking of Temporary Works through targeted initiatives.
  5. Undertake audits, reviews, and inspections of Temporary Works erection to ensure compliance with project standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in Temporary Works management and coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
