People Group Limited is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to play a vital role in managing the logistics, financials, and timelines of a significant construction initiative.


Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective and efficient execution of projects from initial planning through to final delivery.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Planner and relevant Project Managers to develop work schedules in accordance with their directives and track project progress to guarantee completion within the established financial and time constraints.


As a Construction Project Coordinator, your key duties will encompass:

1. Cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of the project.
2. Formulating and implementing the Project Management Strategy.
3. Creating the project budget and overseeing expenditures to ensure completion within financial limits.
4. Establishing and managing the project master schedule.
5. Monitoring adherence to the construction timeline and devising contingency plans in the event of delays.
6. Proactively identifying potential risks and developing risk management strategies.
7. Providing regular updates on project status, risks, and financials.
8. Performing contract management tasks, including the issuance of payment approvals.
9. Assisting in the planning and enforcement of all Health & Safety measures throughout the construction process.
10. Coordinating the project handover and closure phases.
Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Planning.
Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement skills.
