Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by engaging with new clients and developing business prospects. Understand their needs and recommend appropriate membership or subscription services.
  • Consistently meet your personal sales targets.
  • Utilize your relationship management, client management, and negotiation skills to expand our client base through proactive outreach via telephone, email, and presentations.
  • Source leads for specific sectors and effectively manage provided leads.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities for upselling and upgrading services, and support the renewal cycle.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, target markets, and industry sectors.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a genuine passion for a career in sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional telephone manner.
