As we expand our team, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead the launch of our innovative product, Lexology Compete. This role encompasses building and nurturing client relationships, driving new business growth, and effectively managing a dedicated sales team within the department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, demonstrate self-motivation, and have proven experience in both sales and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive new business acquisition and ensure successful renewals.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize new business opportunities within the legal sector.
  • Monitor pricing structures and recommend adjustments as needed to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of sales professionals, overseeing workloads and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across various departments within the organization.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, delivering compelling presentations and communicating product updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities within the CRM system.

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Prior experience within the legal sector or professional services is highly desirable.
