We are a national wealth management firm seeking a highly skilled Training and Competence Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and structuring the training and competence of financial planners within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage relevant training and competence processes for supervisors and attaining competence process for all certified staff, providing guidance and support where necessary.
  • Develop and conduct the induction programme for new advisors, including the sign off process.
  • Manage the training and development requirements throughout the business and consult with colleagues to arrange relevant training/CPD sessions, delivering them where appropriate.

**Requirements:**

  • Achieved the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Significant prior experience in a training and competence role, specifically within Financial Advice.
