As we enhance our workforce, we are in search of a Sales Development Manager to spearhead the introduction of our innovative product, Lexology Compete. This position entails cultivating and sustaining client partnerships, propelling new business expansion, and supervising a departmental team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding negotiation abilities, demonstrate self-motivation, and have a background in sales and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish robust customer relationships to stimulate new business and secure renewals
  • Devise and execute strategies to optimize new business prospects
  • Assess pricing structures and suggest modifications as necessary
  • Oversee a team, including managing workloads and delivering training and support
  • Engage with key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Participate in client meetings and relay product advancements
  • Maintain CRM to accurately document sales activities
