1. Purpose of the position
The solutions department for onshore lifting inspections and testing consists of five engineers. The target is to double the team in two years. The Onshore Solutions Coordinator is responsible for (technical) work preparation, planning, execution and account management.

In addition, he/she is responsible for ensuring that there is good harmony within the solutions team whilst also ensuring the same with other departments within the company; with the aim of optimizing the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the entire execution process.


2. Place in the organization
The Onshore Solutions Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and works closely besides the sales team.

3. Tasks

  • Coordination of the Engineers with a focus on optimal project results, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Technical work preparation
  • Implementing and securing the most effective team planning
  • Account management of existing customers.
  • Taking care of knowledge development and transfer, training and education of engineers.
  • Ensuring all quality tests, measurements and checks are carried out.
  • Maintaining and improving safety, cleanliness, order and contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere throughout the company.
  • Makes the necessary performance overviews and reports on this.
  • Support the outside sales teams with acquiring solutions customers
  • Supporting the manufacturing department with inside sales activities

4. Contacts

  • The Onshore Solutions Coordinator is report to the operations manager and has contacts with all departments of the organisation
  • Has external contacts with relevant customers

5. Job Requirements/Skills

  • Knowledge of onshore lifting inspection and testing is a must (MPI & DPI (ASNT II minimum) Eddy Current)
  • Familiar with LEEA qualifications
  • Commercial attitude and mind set
  • Preferably having experience in the lifting industry
