Rovco, a leading provider of technology-enabled services to the offshore renewable energy and oilfield decommissioning sectors, is seeking an experienced Onshore Inspection Coordinator to join their team.
Job Summary:
The Onshore Inspection Coordinator will provide support to inspection projects throughout all stages, from tendering to offshore execution to reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with the on and offshore project team, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes, and promoting Rovco's values.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Provide support to inspection projects, including tendering, offshore execution, and reporting.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the on and offshore project team, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.
- Quality Control: Ensure that inspection data and delivery processes are adequately controlled and quality-checked.
- Equipment Management: Ensure that inspection equipment is properly specified and acquired prior to project start, and that it is properly maintained and calibrated during the project.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports to the Inspection team, including project progress, issues, and recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the offshore and IT team to ensure that all data is suitably backed up and that the offshore team reports and faults or damage appropriately.
- Ad-hoc Activities: Complete ad-hoc activities as required by the Inspection Lead or PM, within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inspection project coordination.
- Certification: Hold current CSWIP 3.4U certification.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
- Other: Valid UK driving license, valid OGUK medical, and BOSIET/FOET/HUET (desired but not essential).
