WHAT TO EXPECT

In this role, you will focus on the change management, communication and implementation of Retailer system changes or defined strategic direction. The primary focus for you will be for initiatives that reside within business processes, systems, technology, and organisational data structures.
Your primary responsibility will be creating engagement and or communication plans forging relationships to drive or provide transparency and alignment.
You will be responsible for the overarching department roadmaps, system adoption to NSC’s, cross functional teams, senior stakeholders to maximise alignment and adoption for our Retailer Networks. 
You will also provide expert analysis and advice on the delivery of change management approaches that support improvements and communication to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of business results and outcomes.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both with NSC’s market, cross functional departments and GCC teams.  Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate and plan the delivery of significant systems and/or process changes for end-users; Working with markets or NSC’s to agree on the correct approach and launch timings where applicable. Work with the GPO and Products Owners within the GCC space to create and maintain the strategic plans, act as the conduit cross functionally to drive and publish the single view of truth.  Ensure Product Owners create and translate deployment guides , How2 material that is easily accessible in a consistent format.  Drive end-user system training plans, adoption where applicable with regional champions or system adopting and driving a unified approach. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Excellent communication skills with an I can do attitude  Team player with the ability to communicate at all levels  Proficient in Microsoft tools particularly PowerPoint  Ability to outline complex workstreams into easy tangible digestible plans  Excellent co-ordination skills
