The product
x-hoppers is a complete retail communication solution that combines wireless headsets, a robust cloud-hosted communication system and innovative customer engagement solutions that allow you to jump ahead of in-store problems and boost sales. Powered by Wildix, a global UCaaS leader with 20 years of experience in the industry, x-hoppers connects shop floor assistants to one secure channel where they can instantly collaborate, receive incoming calls and notifications and instantly access product knowledge through a cutting-edge AI tool, reducing training time and improving the overall employee experience so they can focus on what truly matters — the customer.
Are you an **Enterprise Account Executive/Business Development Manager** with a strong understanding of Channel Sales in the Retail vertical?
Due to expansion of our solution into the retail vertical, Wildix UK is looking for a highly motivated and sales driven individual that will help our partners on new and existing prospects along with generating opportunities that will be developed alongside our existing partner base that focuses on the retail, hospitality and healthcare segments.
This role is a great chance to develop and lead our product in additional features and also grow an additional revenue stream into UK partners.
As the lead BDR in this vertical sector, the right individual will also have the possibility to help develop the expansion to new markets at a global level, and why not? Build the x-hoppers team in the future
Your Impact & Key responsibilities
- Strategy owner - account planning, target opportunities, sales strategy and feedback about marketing strategy
- Account Mapping and planning - convert strategy into account plans
- Account-specific POV - Tailor and translate solution message to the customer
- Engage with Customer - present vision and solution
- Drive the deal to closure - engage with the customer to deliver solutions
- Relationship building - engage long-term with prospective and current C-level executives to support their transformation strategies
- Growing revenue in retail vertical
- Education of partners on Wildix proposition and assisting in bids
- Assist existing partners to establish retail vertical offering
- Identify potential partners and work with area managers to turn interest into ecosystem partners
- Identify key technology buyers in tier 1,2 and 3 retail brands on the UK high street.
Success Criteria
- Help Wildix exceed the global industry ACV target for the fiscal year
- Successful launch and adoption of industry clouds, exceeding the ACV target
- Successful launch and adoption of industry solutions
Minimum Requirements
- Proven track of selling with value, with a high focus on the qualification and discovery stages
- Industry expertise working in, owning a P&L for, or consulting and implementing technology for the Retail industry
- Sales experience with geographically dispersed stakeholders with a variety of experience levels and competencies
- Be well versed in overall Retail challenges and technology trends, and have significant in-depth knowledge and experience in translating trends into successful digitalisation strategies. Understand challenges and opportunities across sub-verticals within Retail and how digital transformation can improve results.
- Held an active role in a firm's digital transformation, through the use of technology and business process improvements
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and ability to work across business lines
- Exceptional presentation skills in both small and large-scale settings
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and craft compelling positioning
- Exceptional teammate with proven ability to lead through influence
- Proven ability to orchestrate complex deals with a multitude of stakeholders, both from the buyer and seller perspective
- Experience in dealing with System Integrators for the development of the project
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
