Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive at Minitab, you will be part of a dynamic virtual account team-selling environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for our enterprise clients, driving the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities, developing and executing account and opportunity plans, and generating both new business and renewal business through software product licenses/subscriptions and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume ownership of assigned enterprise accounts and territories, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account and opportunity plans, leveraging value-based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure follow-through on sales initiatives.
  • Facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers, measured by reference ability, Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction levels, and increased annual recurring revenue.
  • Travel to on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners, with an expected 50-70% travel requirement.

Requirements:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for uncovering customers' unique business problems.
  • A proven track record of delivering on goals and objectives, winning deals, and achieving 100%+ of assigned quotas.
  • Fluency in the English language and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in value-based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue growth strategies.
