Customer Success Lead, Enterprise

As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving the overall success and satisfaction of our customers in achieving robust security and compliance outcomes.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company and possess a deep understanding of security best practices. You will lead all post-sales activities for our mid-market customers, including onboarding, implementation, product expertise, renewal, and identify upsell opportunities. Your technical competency will enable you to build great relationships with highly technical customers, and your empathetic approach will ensure long-term customer retention.
As a strategic partner, you will work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and drive mutual goals. Your ability to be nimble and agile in an environment where shifting priorities should be expected will be essential to your success. Experience working in the security or compliance industry is preferred but not required.
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes 16 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents, a remote workspace stipend, pension matching, and unlimited sick time.
