Marketplace Consultant Role

Amazon is seeking a skilled Marketplace Consultant to join our Strategic Account Services team. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will work closely with a portfolio of 12-14 businesses, providing strategic advice and support to help them grow on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior external stakeholders. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data, implementing and tracking metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Implement and track metrics to measure success
  • Identify and engage with prospective Selling Partners
  • Develop and deliver business reviews to clients
  • Manage additional projects around our Paid Services program

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
