Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Consultant to join our Strategic Account Services (SAS) team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for our medium and large-sized Selling Partners on the Amazon marketplace.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Amazon's EU marketplace and support the growth of our Selling Partners. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will work closely with a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners, providing strategic advice and support to help them grow their businesses on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations to maximize sellers' potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of sellers in your portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners to expand our SAS program.
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track account information and sales progress.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to clients to ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Manage additional projects related to our newly launched Paid Services, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing senior external stakeholders and driving business growth using data and tools. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
