Account Growth Strategist, Sales Performance Manager, Amazon

Amazon is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth and scale the product by disrupting the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with high-potential sellers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive opportunity identification and qualification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and optimize sales strategies.
  • Manage complex sales pipelines and territory target lists.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify potential risks and opportunities within projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets using a consultative approach.
