About the Role
As a key member of the Strategic Account Services (SAS) team at Amazon, the Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in recruiting Sellers onto our flagship SAS programme.

This dynamic position demands a self-motivated, results-driven individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our Sellers' needs, leveraging world-class tools and services to drive business growth on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify internal leads to articulate compelling value propositions tailored to Seller needs

• Collaborate with the Marketplace Consultant team to seamlessly onboard Sellers onto the SAS programme

• Utilise CRM tools to track account information and sales progress, ensuring data-driven decision-making

• Forecast and prioritise to meet or exceed quarterly targets, driving business growth on Amazon

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Relevant sales/recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within an organisation

• Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel, to drive business insights and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications
• Sound business judgment, with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments

• Experience in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of Amazon's tools and services

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple responsibilities to drive business growth
