Strategic Account Manager, Amazon Global Selling Korea, SAS-Pro

We are seeking a results-driven individual to drive Korea-based strategic sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces.

The Strategic Account Manager will partner with strategic sellers, business and product teams to grow sellers' businesses on Amazon worldwide, including identifying opportunities to maximize selection, driving feature adoption, and monitoring sellers' healthy growth, performance, product quality.

The account manager will own forecasting, monitoring, analysis, and reporting on Korea-based strategic seller business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with strategic sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit.
  2. Work with strategic sellers to drive the feature adoption rate to enhance the customer experience on Amazon.
  3. Work with strategic sellers to achieve data quality standards and become an expert in using internal tools to achieve results.
  4. Work with strategic sellers to drive seller performance and product quality to ensure the best customer experience.
  5. Drive business reviews with sellers and analyze sales trends and drivers, developing recommendations on how to grow the business.
  6. Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and global business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  8. Language Qualification: Korean and English.
