Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our business development efforts in the tech and non-tech sectors. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and proposing workforce solutions to deliver on service commitments and exceed client expectations.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience in client management or account management, as well as a strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to instill confidence in your experience and authority as an expert.

You will also need to be able to negotiate with and influence key decision-makers, create and drive effective sourcing channels, and understand, analyze, and interpret business requirements and information. Experience in leading and managing complex teams, setting strategic direction, and driving results through effective coaching, people management, and leadership is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients within the tech and non-tech sectors, proposing workforce solutions to deliver on service commitments and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage complex teams, setting strategic direction and driving results through effective coaching, people management, and leadership.
  • Negotiate with and influence key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
