About the Role

We Are Adam is seeking a Strategic Business Development Lead to drive sales of profitable, strategically-aligned work into our global Professional Services firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development plans, building relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Sector Leadership: Collaborate with sector leadership on marketing and business development initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
  • Business Development Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Thought Leadership Campaigns: Design and execute thought leadership campaigns to establish ourselves as industry leaders and build credibility with clients.
  • Strategic Alliances: Foster strategic alliances with other businesses and organizations to identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • BD Budget Formulation: Work closely with finance teams to develop and manage business development budgets that maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Alignment with Wider Team: Ensure business development activities are aligned with the wider team's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a similar position within a legal or partnership environment. A strong track record of driving business growth and developing effective business development strategies is essential. You should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
