As a key member of the Zest Business Group team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to lead our 4 practices in driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive growth and improvement across all practice sites. They will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and maintain high standards of service, while supporting and motivating teams to achieve their full potential.

About the Role
  1. Lead the day-to-day operations of our 4 practices, driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Develop and implement initiatives that drive growth and improvement across all practice sites.
  3. Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and maintain high standards of service.
  4. Support and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  5. Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a similar role within the optical industry.
  2. Able to remain calm and composed under pressure, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  3. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
