Job Description:

We are working with a leading manufacturer and brand of entrance doors and solutions to recruit a Regional Business Development Manager for their North region. Based from home, this individual will be responsible for the commercial development of their designated geographical area, focusing on contacting, engaging with, and winning new clients in the construction industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at SFR Recruitment Solutions as we look to expand our sales presence in the North of the UK. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing your diary and workload to plan and track different opportunities, arranging meetings and consultations with clients to grow project business, and collaborating extensively with other team members throughout the business to ensure maximum opportunities are maximized.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales to the construction industry with a focus on consultative sales, a proven track record in successful sales growth and client retention, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely without close supervision.

This role offers a salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced sales professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
