Regional Business Development Lead

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead regional business development efforts and drive growth for Hydrock in the North region. As a Regional Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue in the region.
You will work closely with the Regional Director, Marketing team, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients. Your expertise in business planning, KPI setting, and analytics will be essential in driving business growth and ensuring that HubSpot is used effectively by regional teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in business development, sales, and marketing. You will be able to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend networking events to represent Hydrock in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the preparation and implementation of the regional business plan
- Setting regional KPIs and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with the RD on internal work winning meetings and capturing actions
- Attending quarterly board meetings and minute proceedings
- Managing office/regional updates and regional gatherings
