A leading supplier of fresh food products is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Lead to join their growing sales team. As a Regional Sales Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve account profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the foodservice industry, including contract caterers, restaurants, gastro pubs, bars, schools, and 5-star hotels
* Develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives, including profit studies and customer contracts
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and provide regular reports on sales performance against budget
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
* Mentor and support junior sales staff to help them achieve their sales targets

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the food industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
