The opportunity to spearhead sales growth in a leading construction company has arisen.

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to take on the role of Regional Sales Development Manager, covering the North region. This field-based position will focus on selling a diverse range of manufactured wood and decorative panels to key decision-makers at distributors such as James Latham, Panel Supplies, Lawcris, and Premier Forest Products.

This strategic sales role demands a data-driven approach, requiring you to present value-added solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with depot managers and purchasing managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling a portfolio of products to existing and new customers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers
  • Presenting innovative solutions to meet customer needs

In return for your expertise, our client offers a highly competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
  • A 10% performance-related bonus
