Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its products.
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience.
