We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Strategy Director to join our team at Falch GmbH, a leading manufacturer of waterjetting solutions since 1986. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and market leadership in the region.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth and increase market share
- Represent and lead the competence center in internal and external relationships
- Manage turnover, organization, team, customer loyalty, service partners, and rental business
- Plan and execute business trips and product demonstrations
- Technical education and sales experience
- Hands-on mentality and technical understanding
- Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and leadership
- Pro-active and solution-focused approach
An estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
