About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our education recruitment business in the Midlands and North of England region.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team based in Manchester, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships with Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and educational institutions.

You will oversee regional sales operations, develop and implement growth-focused sales and partnership strategies, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, strong leadership and management abilities, and exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Grow, lead, and manage a high-potential sales team based in Manchester to cover the whole of the Midlands, North-East, and North-West.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with MATs and secure positions on UK-wide Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs).
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a growth-focused sales and partnership strategy to expand the business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, delivering exceptional service and managing high-value accounts.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with schools, academies, and educational organisations.
