Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across multiple venues in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with event bookers and suppliers, and leading high-performing sales teams.
About the RoleThe Regional Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple venues;
- BUILDING A PIPELINE OF BUSINESS THROUGH PRIVATE DINING, LARGE BOOKINGS, CORPORATE EVENTS, AND VENUE HIRE;
- Collaborating with restaurant teams to capitalise on sales opportunities and maximise spend per head;
- Developing pre-launch sales strategies for upcoming openings;
- NETWORKING TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY EVENT BOOKERS AND SUPPLIERS;
- Leading and growing a high-performing sales and events team to support the group's expansion;
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a guest-focused mindset, and exceptional attention to detail. They will also have expertise in systems like SevenRooms, OpenTable, and Collins, and experience creating innovative sales strategies and allocating marketing budgets effectively.

- Expertise in systems like SevenRooms, OpenTable, and Collins;
- A guest-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail;
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams;
- Experience creating innovative sales strategies and allocating marketing budgets effectively;
- Confidence in both proactive and reactive sales, with a creative and entrepreneurial approach;
- Solid financial acumen, including budget accountability and interpreting key reports.
