Regional Sales Director
About the Role
CreatePay is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in the North region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of Area Sales Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales volume across the region
- Lead, support, and coach a team of 8-12 Area Sales Managers, helping them meet and exceed their KPIs
- Conduct joint visits with your team to provide hands-on coaching and skill development
- Build strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders in your territory
- Stay informed on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our own products to give clients the best advice
Requirements
- Proven success in managing and growing a sales team
- Field sales and B2B experience in a sales management role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your schedule independently
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel
- Experience in payment solutions or financial products is a plus
