As Business Development Director, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for the organization's CDMO services across the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent business development skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
  3. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  4. Proficiency in English.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive benefits aligned with the company's commitment to equality and diversity.
