We are looking for a data-driven professional with strong leadership and team collaboration skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex business problems and identify effective solutions.
The Strategic HR Business Advisor will play a key role in driving strategic HR projects at a Pan-EU level, with exposure to senior stakeholders. They will work closely with the business to develop and implement HR programs and processes that support the company's goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- C2 Level (CEFR) English language proficiency is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in Human Resources working with senior leaders within an international environment.
- Knowledge of external practices, trends, and tools used in HR.
- Experience with HR Information Systems, such as Salesforce or Workday.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to understand a P&L.
- Literacy of analytics and data analysis.
- Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, including employee relations, learning, and performance management.
